- Preparation of USP (Upstream Process) experiments, including planning, work instructions (SOPs), batch records, bioreactor build-up, media preparation, stock and inventory management.- Initiating, leading and executing projects to support the development of new processes and products.- Preparing, presenting and applying state funds to support R&D projects.- Assisting in implementation of technology from R&D to pilot, demo and full-scale plants.- Assisting in the handling of technical issues, the resulting analyses and improvement projects.
