We managed to achieve a 10% decrease in scrap aluminum through effective planning and the implementation of Kaizen and 5S techniques in warehouses and production areas. Additionally, I managed the ink and inventory system, ensuring all components were accurately tracked and documented for optimal operational efficiency. I was also one of the key members of the team that oversaw the spare part localization, resulting in a 15% increase in savings.
