- grew from an intern to independently managing team development in 1 year; - reorganized the process of working in the team, built a system for describing tasks, preparing design layouts, as well as a task release process, which led to a reduction in task completion times and increased compliance of results with customer expectations;- introduced process testing tasks, which led to a reduction in the number of bugs after releases;- built reliable relationships with clients, established obligations on the timing and quality of contract execution, which led to an average increase in the cost of contracts by 5 times;- managed two country level projects at the same time with budgets up to €2 million.- mentored four junior project managers, two of whom now lead projects with budgets up to €1 million.Details:Until 2019, my tasks were:- building processes in the development team; - control of deadlines for completing tasks, analysis of work and deadlines;- manual testing of functionality; - preparation of TOR for the team and the client, as well as reports on closing contracts; - communication with the client;- partially performed the work of a product manager - monitored metrics, analyzed user behavior.In 2019, I changed the project within this company, as it was necessary to build the team’s work on this project and close the six-month product debt.In the first 6 months, we managed to close the product debt, as well as complete the tasks from the new contract on time.This project required:- build interaction with other project departments (content managers and support), receive and analyze ideas for project development;- prepare documentation (TOR and reports) for the client and interact with him.A new project was launched in 2021, in which I was a project manager and partly a product manager. I needed to manage two projects at the same time. Constant contact with several clients, as well as colleagues from projects of other companies.
