Time to market for new capabilities, that previously took customers over 3 years to implement, was reduced to under 12 months.Established company wide Jenkins CI platform. This multi-cloud, “master/agent” server farm is entirely configured by Ansible automation scripts from git source code control. It runs over 1,500 jobs and serves CI needs of 200+ engineers across dozens of teams. Architected automated provisioning platform to migrate engineering system test and development environments to “cattle not pet” approach. This capability replaced the manual process of setting up and configuring systems which took several days with fully automated provisioning and deployment that can be completed in a few hours.Introduced AWS as an elastic capability to provision on-demand test environments and CI servers to fulfill needs during high peak utilization windows such as an end of release weeks. Teams went from having to file OPS tickets to get VMs to entirely self-service provisioning mode.Championed Scrum process for Payor Engineering teams. Planned and executed team training with the agile coaching staff, defined processes and supported teams during the transition. Today we have representatives from the majority of our customers attending our biweekly sprint reviews and release our software monthly. -
