I had a strong desire to train and help people communicate more effectively.The last straw was when I was asked to lead a training for Sales Executives that were being paid a lot more than I was. I couldn't understand how the same people that told me I was not ready to lead asked me to train some of the top leaders in the company.I realized I WAS a leader and I needed to start acting like it if I wanted to be recognized as such.I decided it was time to resign from my Corporate Sales Job and become a Coach.In a year, I have coached 5 Sales clients and had 2 cohorts of a public speaking program for teens that I created.
