This course has equipped me with the skills and tools to design, develop, and evaluate IT systems that meet the needs and expectations of users and clients, be it in Software Service Delivery, Digital Transformation or Innovative Technology. I have also gained valuable insights, turned experience into the latest trends and strategies in the IT sector, such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
