Responsibilities:- Leading and supporting QRC's cohort of 20 Scholarship Student Ambassadors and 100 Students for the Future bursary holders in ambassadorial roles and other careers opportunities. - Monitoring, maintaining and updating content on QRC’s web based initiatives including www.oresomeresources.com (Oresome), www.peopleforthefuture.com.au, www.qmea.org.au and www.queenslandexploration.com.au.- Monitoring, maintaining and updating QRC’s existing social media networks. - Coordinating and facilitating events to engage and recognise our Scholarship and Bursary students in collaboration with universities and QRC member companies.- Effectively promoting and marketing Oresome and ensuring successful user uptake, through both traditional and digital forms of media including Facebook advertising and fan pages, Google Adwords, promotion through other educational websites and regularly analysing and implementing new SEO techniques.- Reporting to board-level committee quarterly on progress of QRC's careers program and of Oresome via breakdown of Google Analytics data, Google Adwords results and other statistical data from associated marketing campaigns.- Developing and distributing Oresome e-newsletter on a regular basis, as well as designing and distributing tangible marketing material for Oresome.

Responsibilities:- Assist with marketing of the QRC in-schools program to increase school bookings for presentations, particularly at new schools. - Manage and coordinate bookings for the QRC in-schools program.- Assist in organising teacher and trainee teacher workshops to ensure successful outcomes for the resources sector. - Provide administrative and IT technology support where required to Skills, Education and Training team and the broader QRC secretariat. - Distribution of careers materials to schools, career markets and other events.- Contribute to QRC meetings, Resources Roundup and other events in the QRC calendar.
