As a founder of AHURA Indonesia, I have been leading a team of creative and passionate professionals who provide coaching, training, and consulting services in agile, innovation, and culture transformation for various organizations since 2011. With more than 21 years of experience in this field, I have helped numerous clients achieve better outcomes, high value delivery, and higher customer satisfaction by applying agile principles and practices.In addition, I have been working as a senior agile coach at Moladin, a leading online platform in automotive industry, since 2019. I have been supporting the development and growth of agile teams and leaders, as well as facilitating the adoption and improvement of agile processes and tools across the organization. I have also been leveraging my expertise in Kanban System Design to optimize the flow and value of work.My mission is to be useful for mankind by empowering individuals and organizations to unleash their potential and create positive impact. I am passionate about entrepreneurship, coaching, innovation, culture, arts, sustainability, community, and environment. I am also an active member and chairman of the board of Asosiasi Agile Indonesia, a non-profit organization that promotes and supports the agile community in Indonesia. all aligning to the belief that 'the best of people are the most beneficial to others’.
