Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers.

Respond to technical customer inquiries reported via phone and/or other means of notification, including observed and facilitate customer resolution. Daily duties include but are not limited to monitoring system performance issues that impact on-line users, applications or batch processing. I work with the mainframes, databases, schedulers and other software tools daily to complete jobs, events and processes during the batch window. Also able to access and interpret data on the Mainframe System Consoles in relation to Executive Reports, Microstrategy Availability, and Subscriptions as well as any other Production level jobs in or out the critical path. Network and Server monitoring tools are used daily for infrastructure management of the store and corporate locations. Recognize and react to system performances that impact the network and its users. Actively monitor selected servers and other system devices using Network and Server Monitoring tools, for system performance issues, interruptions, errors, patterns and communication of corporate systems, applications or batch processing and databases.
