Multitasking in several positions within rdc's in Janakkala and Laukaa; from ground level to department manager tasks. Acquiring in-depth knowledge of all three departments in operative logistics (goods in, selection and goods out). Trainee period included 3 months in Lidl Mullingar, Ireland.

Tasks:Generating revenue and profit by acquiring new customers in logistics. Selling variety of services, focusing on transportation within Finland.Results:Generated biggest new customer sales in Finland year 2012 within logistics and also before leaving the position in 2013 had already reached set targets for the full year. Acquired new customers ranging from small to medium sized companies.

Responsible of the following but not limited to:Warehousing, KPI's, ordering, Inventory, Customer service, hiring and training staff.Store manager from 1.10 until the end of year 2009. During the period we had the biggest sales revenue in the store compared to other seasons.

Acted as a shift supervisor from around 2002 until leaving the position. Worked in every area in the biggest S-market (at that point) which had a head count of around 60. Tasks included: Cashier management (kassavastaava) and Shift supervisor (vuorovastaava).
