Also advised Etix Everywhere Holding France on obtaining an additional €15m unitranche facility from Zencap Asset Management in order to finance its acquisition of Zcolo France, a French web hosting service provider.Advised Financière Moustache, as Borrower, on the implementation of an additional amendment to an existing syndicated loan facility agreement arranged by Banque Palatine, Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne, Banque Populaire Rives de Paris and Crédit Lyonnais, to increase by €5m the amount of the revolving credit facility granted.Advised NewGen Holding and Montefiore Investment as issuer of an additional unitranche facility subscribed by Pricoa Private Capital in order to refinance the take private transaction of Generix Group.
