Roles & Responsibilities:• Review client requirements to identify the skills required for qualified candidates and participate in vendor and manager calls to qualify requirements.• Work closely with the hiring managers to clearly understand their environment, team makeup, and job roles while setting expectations based on geographic location, salary requirements, experience level, etc. • Execute full recruitment life cycle activities including sourcing strategies, candidate pipelining, resume/candidate screening, interviewing, negotiation of compensation, candidate interview preparation, debriefs post-interview, and offers.• Identifying technical talent using job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, applicant tracking system Job Diva, vendors, and referrals.• Checking candidate's knowledge and experience on technical parameters and processing to next levels.• Experience in negotiating with the consultants & vendors for different contract terms like C2C, C2H, 1099, W2-Contract, W2-Salary basis.• Build successful long-term relationships with active and passive candidates, creating successful matches between client and candidate.• Experience with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) & Visas (USC/GC/H1B/EAD/OPT/TN Holder),• Responsible for technical professionals into both contract and permanent employment opportunities• Understanding client requirements based on the technical expectations of the client and the project needs.• Sourcing relevant profiles from Job Portals, Social Media network and generating leads through referencing.• Completed on average 30 - 50 targeted Recruiting Cold Calls a day pitching opportunities to potential candidate prospects.• Used Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Like (Job Diva).• Experience Vendor Management System (VMS) like (Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday VNDLY, IQ Navigator, Magnit)• Used Job portals like Monster, Dice and Career Builder, LinkedIn Recruiter.
