As Head of Learning and Client Liaison Manager at ValePlus, a charity dedicated to lifelong learning, I oversee the development and delivery of tailored courses through Adult Learning Wales and ASDAN. My role involves teaching essential life skills and general skills to support independence, well-being, and personal development. From daily living skills to social and vocational skills, I strive to empower each individual with the tools they need.In addition to my role at ValePlus, I am the Director of High Voltage Group CIC, a performing arts group based in the Vale of Glamorgan. This unique organisation offers adults with additional learning needs the chance to build confidence, develop creative skills, and shine on stage.
