• As first level support for all inquiries from DSF Mobile Application (MAFS, MAFC, MSS, GPST) users support and guide users to solve the issues• Monitoring & resolving registered tickets• Operation handling (incident, service request, and problem management)• System reporting

• Assigned to handle operation document such as: Availability plan document, Operation Level Agreement (OLA), Continuity Plan Document, Configuration Document, Service Agreement, Working Instruction• Assigned as tester to support ICA Change Request (CR) and Confins Server Replacement project • Assigned as admin project to support DSF Development Data Center Project and Operation preparation• Assigned to Support Business Intelligence (BI) implementation project to handle Project deliverables such as Create To Be Design, Create User Manual, Create RACI Chart Document, Create Proposal• Assigned to support DSF BI Operation Preparation, such as Create Project Kick Off Material (project closing report), create Project hand over statement, Cost comparation report, User Acceptance Letter, CI Document, and Service Agreement• Assigned to yearly Internal service review • Assigned to input ROI & PA to new budgeting system (Anaplan)

• Create sales document such as quotation, proposal and commercial calculation;• Prepare a draft of agreement to ensure the provision / maintain the delivery of service quality to customers is done based on service level agreement (SLA); • Create sales weekly report to be reported to superior that consist of daily task progress and plan task for the next period;• Coordinate with budgeting team for budgeting data and ensure sales target are achieved;• Perform monthly meeting with customer to inform company performance during the period of service.• Prepare and conduct service review including SLA review with customer and control next action plan;• Manage customer complain and communicate the next action plan to maintain customer’s loyalty;• Conduct telesales and presale to grab potential customer,• Build and maintain good relationship with customer by communicate effectively;• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the provided services.
