Managed the construction of Dolce&Gabbana’s luxury stores, shops, and showrooms in North America (ranging from 300sf to 7,000sf). Led projects from design development through construction administration. Created and maintained project schedules and budgets using Project and Excel. Liaison between the internal design team in Italy and corporate team in New York.Owner representative in meetings with landlords, architects, contractors, and vendors.Created presentations and led project design meetings with the corporate Retail, Wholesale, Information Technologies, Loss Prevention, Logistics, Accounting, and Human Resources teams in order to prepare for a new store opening. Designed back-of-house layouts & millwork. Developed a cash desk and wrapping station that became the company standard. Responsible for the procurement of project architects, contractors, and vendors (millwork, stone, lighting, signage, fabrics).Visited the construction sites on multiple and prolonged visits (~3-4 weeks onsite) to verify project schedule and quality control. Managed installation of pop-up shops and special events with partners such as Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Other responsibilities:From 2015-2018: Managed the window display installations of 17 stores in North America. Created budgets, schedules, and procured installation crews for each location. For flagship stores in New York, I sourced props and established relationships with local shops for rentals. Displays under my leadership won Windows Wear awards in 2017 & 2018, and I represented the company in the awards ceremony in New York.*Worked remotely from San Francisco starting in January 2019.

My responsibilities included drafting construction document sets for a variety of Tenant Improvement projects, coordinating with designers, engineers, and general contractors, updating plan check corrections, plotting and assembling CD sets, meeting with sale representatives, systematizing the samples library, and organizing weekly lunch and learn presentations.

Created presentation drawings and diagrams for residential projects using Illustrator. Developed construction documents for a renovation project in Los Angeles using ArchiCAD. Created 3D models in Rhino and produced physical models for client presentations.
