CurrentInitiate the Product Management team.Responsible for the company product strategy plan. Led the development of 6 new products with over 5M$ yearly revenue. Manage around 15 products with overall yearly revenue of more than 30M$Covering a wide range of product families and technologies - camera-based products (thermal, CMOS), IoT products (multi-sensors devices), and Mobile Android / iOS App.Responsible for two 'first of their kind' products (Low light goggles and Augmented Reality red dot sight) Work closely with the company management to prioritize and execute the product roadmap and define the yearly and ongoing R&D activities and budget.Play an important part in searching for new technologies, collaborations, and investment in 3rd party companies.End-to-end product management – Collect data and needs from the end users, and other business partners, writing the product MRD/PRD, deep involvement in the R&D process, NPI process and manufacturing. Involved in all marketing activities (product launches, promotion movies, training, field trails, etc.)In 2024, I temporarily replaced the VP of R&D for four months during his military service. During this period, I managed a team of 15 engineers, built the budget, and developed the yearly program schedule.
