As part of the Revenue Operation department, I'm Leading a global business analytics team that support Payoneer global activity and GTM organization.Work closely with senior management, regional leadership and other stakeholders to drive the business forward using data driven decisions by transforming data into key insights and action items.Work closely with SMB strategic team to define, plan and execute Payoneer long term strategy.Collaborate with different departments (Product, Marketing, Risk, Ops, CC) to evaluate how changes in our products, procedures and risk evaluation will affect our customers activity and business results.

Acting as focal point for Payoneer senior management within the SMB business unit (GM and VP level), conducting and leading analysis to support key data driven decisions and working closely with different stakeholders from different departments (Product, Data, Tech, Marketing, Risk, Operation).* Leading key analysis to support data driven decisions from gathering the data, conducting the analysis and presenting the key insights to senior management (ROI, deals profitability, retention, strategic partnerships, new products and capabilities).* Creating and maintaining dashboards for senior management in order to support data driven decisions.* Work closely with Payoneer region and country managers, providing key business insights to each region and help them to identify new opportunities in order to push the business forward.* Supporting Payoneer Sales, CSMs and AnP managers activity in the different regions in order to identify new growth opportunities.

Support Payoneer activity within the SMB Business unit – turning data into key insights and collaborating with stakeholders inside and outside of the department.* Gather and integrate large and complex data sets from various source, conducting data analysis, translate it into business recommendations and present conclusions and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders.* Define and evaluate analytics KPI for our Sales, CSMs and AnP teams. * Closely work with the business development teams responsible for working capital, a new and fast growing product line in Payoneer.* Building reports and dashboards for tracking and understanding key business metrics.

As a Financial Analyst and GBG Business Partner at Nova, I am acting as a focal point for CBO, GBG management and staff for all economics related interfaces and working directly with business unit managers and VP’s in order to provide key financial insights.* Company’s fluent budget control processes.* Ownership and Fully support the GBG group during the AOP process.* Economics analysis on the company's revenue, deals profitability and ongoing business activity.* Monitoring and analyzing business units budget, activity and financial measurements.* Ownership on global collections and ensure timely collection of customer debts.* Responsible on ongoing monthly cash forecasts.
