As a relationship Banker i focus mainly on loan production along with keeping great relationships with our customers. Could be as simple acknowledging someone as they walk in the door or sitting down with someone and finding a need and a solution!

As a CSR I did a lot of Problem soling for our customers, as well as a lot of maintenance/ loans for our customers at the bank. This role was a hybrid of Teller and Relationship Banker. So still doing Teller work half the time while doing loans and account maintenance the other half.

As a teller the main goal was to help customers with transactions and greeting them with a smile. As well as answering questions asked to us while on the teller line. we were also always looking for opportunity with our customers and needs.
