Worked with business stakeholders to improve a $1Bn/y funnel efficiency, impacting conversion, repeat use, cancellation reduction and lead quality (top-of-funnel) improvements at scale with ~1Mm monthly site visits.Developed a product vision and roadmap around our users (pros and consumers) needs and pain points, by establishing best practices for collecting feedback pre and post conversion.
