I train new employees in customer service and our specialty drink recipes, maintain the day-to-day storefront, manage the POS, make specialty drinks to order, prepare products to be sold, transport product between warehouse and store locations, manage inventory, shop for inventory, provide detailed knowledge about products and personal recommendations, setup and teardown for events, popup/event work, packaging online/subscription orders, directing customers to the correct wholesale channels for large sales.

I worked with management to ensure day-to-day operations were running smoothly along with training new or less experienced team members and selling memberships to customers. Some daily responsibilities include: data entry, sales, customer service, mentorship, office maintenance, restocking, quality assurance, and resource management.
