In this role, I work to support my team with administrative tasks, transaction management, listing coordination, and social media. Part of my day-to-day activities include keeping the agents on the team accountable to their daily tasks so we stay on track to both our individual and team goals. This involves a daily audit of our client relations manager, and tracking commission income. I also review the P&L, monthly budget, and KPIs with my manager monthly.In addition, I created content for the company's Facebook page, Instagram, monthly newsletter, and blog. This is key in maintaining an active online presence, building credibility, demonstrating strong real estate & technological knowledge, and generating leads. Using Facebook advertising to generate leads has been critical in building a sales pipeline to maintain steady cash flow for the company. During my time here, I have followed lead touch plans, in order to stay in contact with cold or old leads, and past clients. Creating, maintaining, and initiating systems help to increase my teams' productivity, as well as the client experience. Transaction and listing coordination have also been large parts of my job here. This involves juggling multiple pieces of compliance at once, ensuring the law and contracts are being followed, getting signatures from clients, as well as coordinating with escrow, home inspectors, co-op agents, and more. This role specifically has expanded my time management and organizational skills heavily.

In this role, I ensured timely, consistent, and engaging content on the businesses Facebook page. This was critical in building brand awareness and credibility within the local community, and to increase the company's online presence.

During my time with Publix, I was the final point of contact for hundreds of customers each day. I ensured they had a pleasant shopping experience, as well as efficiently and accurately scanned items, handled money, and fielded any issues that the customer may have had. An important part of this role was learning when to elevate the customer's concerns to a higher authority, or when to handle it on my own.

In my short time with this non-profit organization, I managed multiple social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I focused on increasing engagement and growing their online community. My main goal was to build the brand to be a place where consumers could come to for more than just a volunteer opportunity.

During my time here, I rose the ranks from Assistant Account Executive to the Intern Coordinator.As an AAE, I worked along side the Account Executive, creating ads for potential clients, researching the businesses and compiling information for the AE to better build a more effective sales pitch, and taking notes during interactions.When promoted to Intern Coordinator, I managed a team of 5+ interns (AAEs), teaching them the sales and personal skills necessary to succeed in their future role as AE. I also dummied ads into the newspaper daily, often working under tight deadlines.
