Cum Laude graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Multimedia Journalism and a minor in Theatre. I bring a well-rounded skill set in storytelling, media, and communications, developed through hands-on experience and leadership roles. As Vice President of NABJ and a volunteer radio personality with WNNA 90.1 FM The Voice, I honed my skills in broadcasting and built a foundation in media outreach and audience engagement.Currently, I am a Communications Specialist for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh, where I’m able to align my passion for nonprofit work with my media expertise. In my role, I manage internal and external communications, create content for digital and print channels, support community outreach, and assist in executing communication strategies that amplify our organization’s mission.I am dedicated to creating impactful, mission-driven media that uplifts communities, supports diverse narratives, and strengthens the voices of those we serve.
