Currently working in Nua Healthcare as a Deputy Team Leader in a residential house with adults who have complex support requirements on the Mental Health, ASD and intellectual disability spectrum.My role consists of delivering high quality, safe, effective, person centred care to the service users through working as part of a multidisciplinary team developing and implementing interventions.Assisting the PIC to lead and develop staff through best practice for the service users inline with HIQUA Standards, national legislations and carry out supervisions and appraisals.Working alongside the multidisciplinary team I have attained valuable insight to Clinical Psychology, liasing frequently and adapting the different treatment interventions suggested when supporting the service users in managing their diagnosis to live fulfilled and meaningful lives.
