- Performed needs assessment then garnered support for a restructuring of the soft skills and technical training department. - Managed the delivery of over 100 classes in management, soft skills and technical classes for Tandem Computers at three sites: Austin and Plano, Texas, and Omaha, Nebraska. - Re-established HR Department from ground zero.

• Established and managed the Education and Documentation Department for the international marketplace to ISO9000 standards. Grew the department from 1 to 10 persons in less than a year.
