I completed my PhD in Gord Fishell's laboratory at Harvard Medical School and the Stanley Center at the Broad Institute. My research focused on cell-type specific circuits in the neocortex. To accomplish this I employed a combination of mouse genetics, molecular biology techniques, and slice electrophysiology.

I began my PhD at NYU Langone Medical Center and moved with my advisor Dr. Gord Fishell to Harvard and the Broad Institute in 2017.

In the Neurobiology Department of Stanford University, I completed an Honors Thesis using human induced pluripotent stem cells as a platform for understanding neurodevelopmental disorders.

At the Rusk Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine, I worked with patients with traumatic brain injuries to facilitate recovery. I also observed group cognitive therapy and private evaluations, and designed SPSS Statistics software implementation for studies on patient injury risk management.
