Responsible for an Emergency Response team of 6 first aid trained staff members. Responsible for the well-being of a retirement village of 280 residents. Available 24/7 for any emergencies but also have an open door drop-in clinic.My responsibilities are the health & wellbeing of our residents, rostering, budgets, ordering, conversing with families, NASC, Gerontology Specialists, GPs.

Senior RN in charge of a step down PG wing of 22 residents. With 5 caregivers on morning shift and 3 caregivers on afternoon shift.Taking care of the general health and well being of the residents, including G.P. rounds, medications and liaising with all members of the MDT, including families.
