I am a professional, enthusiastic individual with over fifteen years’ experience in empowering the use of digital technologies for learning and teaching, research and professional practice. I work with a broad range of stakeholders in Higher Education including senior management to align the use of digital technologies with strategic aims. As an excellent influencer with a high level of understanding of the role of digital technologies throughout an organisation, I lead key, innovative projects at local, regional and national level. I have strong leadership, facilitation and team skills managing a variety of different teams to achieve successful, cross-institutional project outcomes.I currently lead the Organisational Development Digital Practice team at NTU. The team's key aim is to empower our staff's digital capabilities to make the best use of digital capabilities whatever their role at NTU.I am a co-opted member of the UCISA Executive Committee and member of the UCISA Digital Capabilities Group.Specialities: Leadership and Management, strategy, change management, digital skills and capabilities, online and blended learning, organisational development.
