We are full time, independent, licensed real estate transaction coordinators available to assist busy agents with listings and closings. As a successful closing coordinator, I closed approximately 25 transactions a month by routinely communicating with cross agents, lenders, title companies & asset managers to ensure everything moved along to close a transaction on-time. As an assistant to a busy agent, reading and analyzing contracts was an important part of my position in order to best represent & protect our client. I have successfully challenged incorrect items on appraisals, contracts, HOA violations & title commitments. I track inspection time periods, earnest money deposits, lender required repairs, etc. I worked as a liaison to resolve concerns between title companies, lenders, agents & our client. Communicating directly with the Fannie Mae and Bank of America asset managers providing accurate, concise information in a timely manner was another important part of my position.

I split my full-time position with Realty Ambassadors working as a property manager for approximately 35 homes and as a transaction coordinator working on both short sales and traditional transactions. I worked with clients to collect all documentation required for all transactions. I then worked with the lender to ensure all documentation was received to ensure the short sale process progressed without delays. I listed properties in the MLS, met with clients to collect listing information, showed homes to potential buyers and tenants and photographed homes for marketing purposes.

In this position I supported twelve regionally located sales representatives by providing sales advice, assisting with client problems and acting as a general corporate office liaison on behalf of the sales representative. These sales representatives were located throughout the Central and Western regions of the United States and we communicated on a daily basis in person, via phone and via email.I also managed multiple monthly projects that included multiple monthly deadlines. I ensured various magazine editions across the United States were published on-time therefore ensuring the company continued to receive monthly advertising income while also satisfying customer’s expectations. Management of these projects also included working directly with vendors and setting strict schedules for completion of all work.
