• SLM&R Manager responsible for achieving Contractual compliance to Service Level Agreements and ensuring delivery of services to the Client are maintained to the required standard;• Responsible for reviewing and negotiating Service Level requirements with the Account and customers• Responsible for the quality of the SLA reporting - including daily and monthly proactive monitoring and reporting to IBM Delivery Project Executive and Defra’s Chief Information Officers Directorate (CIOD).• Manage, support and guide the SLM&R team in their interaction with the DNet IT Account, ensuring timely provision of deliverables from each resource pool.• Drive continuous service improvement from the Account’s resource pools.• Chair and own the Service Quality Process, which manages the SLA position for the account, providing early warning of potential failure and identification / ownership of actions to mitigate. • Provide initial and ongoing training to the Account Competencies to ensure delivery compliance to SLA’s and agreed processes• Review and approve Change requests impacting on delivery of services to the Client• Responsible for the Account’s internal SLM&R audit performance, which in 2014 received a Green status with no noted failures.• Own and maintain the Operational Level Agreements with internal Competencies
