( Value tens of millions) I have handled a major litigation involving breach of warranty claims in a sale of a business, and the resulting professional negiglence claim against client's former solicitor, I lead the team in a long running case involving a oil rig where claims are in excess of $65million. I have been involved in law breaking property related cases including the cases about dilapidations and extraordinary repairs under a commercial lease. I have recently advised on a number of high value cross border security enforcments and acted for a lender in a double first application of its kind in Scotland under s 426 of the insolvency Act.. I have experience in the Land Court, Lands Tribunal and Court of Session ; In addition I give advice on liquor licensing and appear before Licensing Boards in relation to liquor licence applications; I have experience in Judicial reviews and have acted in numerous actions for the Local Government Property Commission, Non Government Organisations, Government Agencies and Local Authorities.
