I graduated with a BBA degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management at Baylor University in 2022. During my time at Baylor, I had the privilege of being a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, the Culture Chair in my student multicultural organization, and the Excellent Student of the Year in the Human Resources Management major.Having spent a year interning at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa from 2017 to 2018, I am well-versed in the skills needed for various departments including checking in guests, setting up for large-scale events, planning weekly activities, and resolving conflicts among guests and co-workers. I enjoyed my time at Lost Pines so tremendously that I decided to return after graduating in 2022. I am currently in my new role at Lost Pines at their Spa Supervisor in the Lost Pines Spa. In my current role, I regularly schedule and coordinate large-scale groups for spa services ranging from 10-80 guests. I monitor and improve on daily operations as needed in order to ensure a smooth flow for my fellow colleagues and guests. Most importantly, I act as a mentor and teacher for my fellow colleagues based on their developmental needs to improve their knowledge and skills.I am a hospitality enthusiast who is passionate about making guests feel welcome through exceptional customer service. I hope to make an impact in the hospitality industry through Human Resource Management by finding the right talent to make guests feel welcome wherever they are.
