Lead strategic direction for product line and segments, retail programs and exclusives, and marketing initiatives.Successfully pitched and secured placement of new 18” doll brand, Disney ily 4EVER, at Target for Fall 2021. Led brand positioning, line development, and focus group testing. Managed Hello Kitty, Gudetama, and Aggretsuko licensing portfolios for Hardlines (Toys, Collectibles, Electronics, Sporting Goods, Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, Stationery, Seasonal, Infant, and Automotive). Owned relationship and contract negotiations for over 100 licensees, and pitched and secured new licensees. Developed strategic plans for key categories to reach financial targets and directly managed line planning, product development, marketing, and go-to-retail strategy.
