CurrentThe Water Information Program (WIP) is dedicated to offering information and educational resources covering a spectrum of topics such as current events, issues, water law, history, and people. Our commitment extends to organizing educational workshops. This program thrives through the collaboration of water districts, commissions, private organizations, and government agencies within the San Juan and Dolores watersheds of southwest Colorado. Their collective support makes the WIP a valuable initiative in our community.Functioning as a public information program, WIP is dedicated to elucidating, advocating, and disseminating impartial and well-balanced information. This encompasses the organization of educational water workshops and festivals, contributing to the promotion of awareness and understanding in our community. My passion for the Southwest and its natural resources have led me to put my efforts towards work that helps create sustainability, education, and making a difference in my community and environment. As the Program Manager for the Water Information Program, I get to do just that!
