For the last five years I’ve worked for an event management company. Within the company I have been entitled to both the management and administration of the office. My position role is to plan and develop strategies to assist the company's growth. My daily duties include overseeing the entire office to make sure files are organized and up to date. Also, making sure that work is being performed properly and timely. Keeping people on track and focused, and scheduling. My primary focus is on increasing efficiency and making everyone else’s jobs easier. I see administrative management as a vital part of running the office, and it's my job to make that happen. The main goal is to ensure events are successful, and the clients are satisfied.
