With over 15 years of experience in journalism, media, and communication, I am passionate about coaching and empowering local news publishers to achieve sustainability and excellence. As the Associate Director of Coaching at LION, I lead a team of coaches and analysts who provide tailored guidance, support, and feedback to local independent online news publishers across the country. I also contribute to the design and delivery of training programs, data collection and analysis, and program evaluation. My mission is to help local news publishers thrive in the digital age, while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative community of practice.
