Working as part of a small team in a busy school office, I provided a wide range of support to aid in the smooth running of the school day. As the first point of contact to parents and pupils, strong communication skills & the ability to handle confidential information was essential .During my time at the school I was extremely active in many aspects of Extra curriculum activities. These rewarding experiences allowed me to build strong relationships with both pupils and staff outside the school environment.Jobs and Achievements-Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team which included managing systems pertinent to student academic & pastoral welfare. -Providing cover on the busy reception desk-Using the local authority MIS ‘Seemis’ to manage pupil attendance and maintain accurate database of personal information for both staff and pupils.-Using the procurement system ‘Oracle’ for purchase orders and the School email communication system Groupcall. - Built the school’s first ever website, updating the content on a regular basis. - School First aider where I was required to assess the medical & welfare needs of students and staff, administering front-line First Aid. This often included the provision of emotional support for a complexity of mental health issues.-Manager of the boys football team for 6 years, planning & organising the logistic for both home and away games. I also organised several residential trips for the team including an annual match to the Outer Hebrides and a training camp in Spain. I also acquired my minibus license allowing me to drive the football team to away games.-In 2019 I travelled to Nepal with 30 senior pupils in the capacity of group leader to work in a village school supporting the charity ‘Days for Girls‘, an organisation that educates young people on sexual health and provides help to combat period poverty. This life changing experience also included a six-day trek in the Mardi Himal mountain range

In addition to the Microsoft applications, I also bespoke In-house training courses. Produced my own courseware for bespoke In-house training courses.
