Currently working at ComeOn as fraud and payments analyst, attended course for a certificate in remote gaming business , I am interested in working within the gaming industry or a payments gateway, other positions that would challenge my skills are also appealing.Being in the gaming industry for 15 years I have done a bit of everything ; customer care, customer retention , anti fraud, casino management , payments, surveillance, casino dealer/supervisor; however my particular interest for anti-fraud has grown and i started attending courses related to the subject, to better improve my skills in the field. Courses Attended : Fraud for beginners - Advanced Fraud - Anti Money Laundering - Financial Crime Awareness.In my previous positions i have: responded to RFI and charge-back reports, conducted investigations, identified credit card deposit and withdrawal patterns and trends, KYC, i was also involved in various compliance audits and took care of the needed documentation for our payments provider as requested by LGA for license approval.other responsibilities consisted of; the daily checking of customer documentation (ID, Passport, Driving license, proof of address, proof of purchases and credit cards) to make sure that documents are genuine and that no alterations have been done, in order to be able to verify the player's gaming account, management of multiple account and monitoring of deposits and freezing accounts upon fraudulent suspicion.At one point I was in charge of the Customer care section, setting up procedures for both CS and Fraud & Payments, as well as in leading a team of 5 people.
