I'm a mental health therapist and retired military officer who understands what it means to be broken. It's ok to be broken, but better to have recovered from it so you can enjoy life again. This is called Post Traumatic Growth. I can help you get there.A 17th century term which our U.S. military strategy is based upon, Coup D'Oeil, is translated as "the knowing wink". It's the wink you give the world when you know that you're in the right place, at the right time, with the right set of skills, confidence & courage to do what needs to be done. Having Coup D'Oeil is critical in war, that's why its principles are taught in military leadership courses. But, when injured mentally and emotionally we lose it. Fortunately, we can build it back through recovering fully. I hold a masters degree in counseling from Regent University and have received training in positive psychology from University of Pennsylvania and Harvard University. I'm also a graduate of Robbins Research Institute-Mastery University personal development program and a life long student of Omega Institute for Holistic Studies.
