I am an accomplished Compliance Professional with extensive management experience in Second Line of Defense (2LoD) roles in leading financial services firms. I have a strong knowledge of both Irish and EU financial services regulation with a consistent track record managing and delivering high quality compliance advice and oversight. My communication and interpersonal skills are excellent and I am a solution focused self-starter, with a proven ability to successfully engage and build strong and productive relationships with business and other stakeholders (up to and including Board level). A key strength is my excellent attention to detail and I have significant experience of reporting to Executive Committees, Risk Committees and Boards. In my Compliance roles to date, I have extensive experience in regulatory engagement and reporting i.e. Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Data Protection Commission (DPC), building regulatory confidence and achieving positive outcomes in all instances.When I am not working, I enjoy walking, cycling and aviation. I am also an animal lover and enjoy spending quality time with my pet dog.
