Working along side Project Manager, to launch and run The Mentoring Lab's Digital Youth Mentoring Platform for young people aged 14-25 years old.

I couldn't do this without the amazing community of volunteer directors, volunteer mentors and, most of all, the young people that we serve. Humbly, I'm just the ideas person with a clear vision to ensure the youth in my community have excellent mentoring experiences by trained and upskilled professionals that really and truly care about the next generation.

I am committed to improving the quality of Youth Mentoring delivered to all young people. When I am not delivering Youth Mentoring training (Qualifications and CPD's, I am writing new course content, attending speaking engagements, sharing my expertise in Youth Mentoring and barriers to young people's progression; I am fulfilling my duties as Ceo at The Mentoring Lab Community C.I.C.

Having built the mentoring programme from scratch. It was my responsibility to recruit, match, train and support volunteer career mentors from corporate London.
