My role at Inspirent Ltd has been diverse, working closely in several key roles supporting businesses with assistance, advice, and support to clients from start-up entrepreneurs to ambitious business owners and change managers. I have had the pleasure of working with SME's for over 22 years, and I share the same passion as my Inspirent colleagues in supporting SMEs across all major sectors in every business discipline, providing the time to listen and understand their challenges, needs and aspirations. I am continually inspired by business owner’s determination, strength, effort and dedication in keeping the business moving forward in their own direction despite the many challenges encountered along the way.Working with businesses for over 22 years in a number of key roles, providing supporting across all major sectors, in every business discipline, as well as previously assisting a family business in running a business in the Construction Industry, has given me a sound knowledge and understanding of the needs and challenges. The skills from BSc Information Management Systems and PRINCE 2 Practitioner have been key to strengthen my business knowledge to provide expert advice and support businesses as well as make a valuable contribution to Inspirent’s internal support requirements.
