Created and implemented a program to ensure accessories were always neat and organized. It was called BOSS, Back Of Store Supervisor. It gave details as to how to organize and display the smaller items (jewelry, socks, intimates, shoes, etc.). The program was implemented across all of the stores after one year of testing.
