- Work as a project leader to communicate and coordinate between Apple and Foxconn.- Lead and coordinate with different functions of Foxconn teams in China and Taiwan.- Travel to China monthly and lead China / Taiwan design and operation team for every project.- Manage schedule and drive the team through the development process promptly.

 Design and remodel cell phone booster assembly drawings in both 2D and 3D format: including cell phone booster case, motherboard, screws, wall mount and table top stand; work along with senior mechanical engineers and project engineers to overcome any assembly problems during production. Working with packaging vendor and procurement team to develop and take charge of all packaging drawings for: assembled product, wall mount, and table top mount from small scale base station and fan, filter, cable, and DC converter from large scale base station to secure and prevent products from damages during shipping.

 Accounted for laptop battery design from initial stage till mass production: Communicated with customers to clarify and determine their requests and to negotiate design ideas in different design point of view. Designed and generated plastic components, metal components, safety components, PCBA, assembly drawings, and packaging drawings in 2D and 3D format by Pro-Engineer. Worked along with electrical engineers and safety engineers to determine PCBA size and prevent possible safety issues during designing stage. Attended engineering builds at the factory in China to discuss and solve problems with project engineers, manufacturing team, and injection vendor during developing stage.  Generated and documented mechanical issues list from each engineering builds for references use in the future. Worked along with testing team in Japan and China office to generate reports and design change ideas after each engineering builds. Tracked and kept samples parts for each engineering builds and customer approved finished products till production. Developed and maintained all documentations between Taiwan, China and Japan office. Handled two to three projects simultaneously.  Worked as a team leader to cooperate with staffs in Taiwan, Japan, and China on battery pack recycles information.  Worked with computer brand name such as: Acer Co., Ltd., Compal Electronics Inc., Inventec Co., Ltd, Lenovo Co., Ltd., Motion Computing, Quanta Computer Inc., Toshiba Co., Ltd., Wistron Co., Ltd. etc.  Worked in US as a design engineer by project base.
