• Responsible for managing the York Pass Product (a sight-seeing card); redeveloping and marketing the product to ensure maximum private sector participation and profitability. This including a full rebranding of the product, with responsibility for designing the look and feel of the product.• Working with outsourced agencies to re-develop communications and marketing for the product.• Project-managing the implementation of a new operating system for increased efficiency in the management of the product.• Conducting research to analyse market landscape and ensure brand differentiation and customer recognition.• Researching and identifying suitable advertising opportunities for the product and creating marketing material including leaflets and online marketing.• Forging sustainable trade channels with partnering organisations in the local area; developing pricing strategies and managing a portfolio of over 30 service providers in the private sector.• Developing relationships with tour operators and other travel agencies operating both nationally and globally.• Attending international and national travel trade shows, including in partnership with key trade organisations such as Visit Britain and Visit England.• Providing supervision and support to colleagues in the marketing function to encourage the achievement of commercial objectives.• Providing consultancy and insight for other cities and destinations on the viability and commercial benefits of Sightseeing Card products.

• Responsible for the management of all Wholesale accounts for range of exclusive design-led table wear.• Liaising with both suppliers and retailers; advising on re-display of products to maximise sales.• Responsible for all stock levels and the promotion of new products. • Regularly attending exhibitions and trade shows, planning and organising the stand and product for each event.
