I spearheaded knowledge transfer to the wider non-ESG dedicated sales team to facilitate their client engagement. Continue alongside as a subject matter expert, strategist and commercial advisor across these multi-functional, cross-border teams.Rewarded with accelerated development and numerous greenfield opportunities for the ESG business pan-Asia. This matrixed organisation also allows MSCI to leverage skills and competencies of the existing sales force in different business lines, to communicate MSCI’s total solution suite more effectively. Directly responsible for maintaining and growing existing US$3 million book of client relationships for BarraOne, MSCI’s flagship multi-asset class analytics platform. Saved over US$1 million of at-risk accounts during 2013-2015.In order to ensure the client maximizes the value of the products they have subscribed to, I achieved this by developing a strong understanding and rapport with strategic key personnel at client organisations. My role involves all aspects of nurturing an account including senior level relationship management, product demonstrations, users training and education, and client experience enhancing activities such as presenting at client workshops, seminars, and webinars. I am the internal advocate of the client, representing their needs and rallying the full spectrum of MSCI resources to align to the clients’ best interest.
