• Responsible for box build and board level supply chain build plans for 3 different factories in Guadalajara Mexico, Fremont Ca. and New Hampshire Conn. (High volume / High mix)
• Managed 4 different material procurement groups
• Worked with Component Engineering on second sources or to limit supply interruptions.
• Managed product returns from internal factories back to the different contract manufacturers.
• Worked closely with the different manufacturing operations on unexpected demand increases and decreases.
• Planned product transitions of new product assemblies moving to production.

• Responsible for all New Product /Production material requirements for the top 2 Strategic Customers
• Work with Supply Chain Partners to lower Bill of Materials costs
• Track ECO Impact Studies and implementation for all New Product / Production products
• Manage critical meetings with for both internal and external customers addressing concerns/concerns for builds and shipments.
• Participate with customers and focus teams for all NPI Kick Off meetings for New Product builds.
• Negotiate contracts and cancellations due customer build plan/demand changes
