Restricted timeline (in months) of 5 (implementation) +1 (hyper-care).o Role & Actions –  Went through full life cycle project phases and provided controlling functional consultancy where closely worked with PP-PE and FI. Services provided included but not limited to - FICO relevant masters data cleansing, proposed the consolidated profitability reporting that requested complete overview from vendors to customers (driven from restructured business initiatives).• Clean Energy Industry Feb 2022 – Aug 2022o SOW – Template extension from pilot countries to wave countries globally (68) with defined timeline from TSA exit (June 2023), where mixed end-to-end processes reengineer and upgrade from ECC to S4 in one project.o Role & Actions –  Cluster Stream Lead in responsible for all FICO objects (Finance, Controlling, Treasury and Tax) for NAS countries, including Greater China (HK, TW included), Japan and Korea.  Delivered 6 out of 28 fit-to workshops to cluster audience (60+) within a month; coordinated with cluster PMO in addressing cross-module queries; connected in parallel with template control board, Global template extension team, MVP team and Local SMEs. Performed 80% of the fit-to-gaps analysis from the cluster, where consolidated 390 open queries and more than 700 legacy customized solutions to round 50 business critical gaps in which carried more than 270 customized sols.

• Role & Actions – o Adequate L2 support provided to key users in FICO for construction products businesses in Japan and Korea, where analysis, clarifications, customizations, and enhancements included but not limited to – locating practice defects in production variances analysis; risk category updates for prepaid customers; substitution rule setup to autofill payment method during invoice verifications; postings corrections in invoice summary function, item interest calculation function, asset revaluations and disposalo Escalations considering the matrix of urgency and complexity.• Highlights –o Skillsets reinforced in troubleshooting, effective communications, and continuous improvements.

• Role & Actions – o Responsible for 9 mfg. plants in India of the Crop Protection business, including hDuPont (Corteva) and FMC sites.o Monthly reviewed & monitored operational spending to reasonably assure the accurate inventory accounting.o Initiatives taken to simplify costing processes periodically along with the business restructurings (merger and spin-off) to best feed in dynamic requests and increase costing transparency;• Highlights –o Improved responsive trouble-shooting skills and professional communications via frequently fulfilled ad-hoc requests and well-coordinated with most business levels and functions;o Confidentiality ethics applied while acting under TSA where reporting data were carefully selected for SLA compliance while services provided to different entities during spin.o Independency and professional judgements practiced at workplace under little guidance.
