I am a resilient, bilingual Brazilian Portuguese Native, customer-focused professional with over 15 years experience in different industries.I worked as a Sales Representative and customer service in Brazil and here in Ireland, also as a Fitness Coach which gave me the opportunity to master my customer service skills.I have experience as a Financial Advisor Assistant where I had the chance to show my driven and competitive spirit in making 50 outbound calls on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets. Despite it being a small business, I was responsible for helping my team of financial advisors generating leads, closing businesses and bringing 6 digit figures each quarter.I achieved approximately the number of 80+ customers in my Aqua Fitness classes and the maximum of 20 people in the gym studio. I delivered classes with an energetic-fun style, bringing smiles to people’s faces. I get great feedback after classes, customers feel more energy, feel in a better mood and they say that they are achieving their fitness goals in a fun and dynamic way.All the dedication in delivering high standard classes helped me to build great relationships with customers and that also resulted in a high return customer rate. We have members in the leisure center but also pay as you go customers and they always come back to classes.I realized that I can do more for people, but I need a bigger challenge, a new market.
