EVENT MANAGEMENT- Using excellent organisation and decision-making skills to ensure resources were maximised, project deadlines were met and the setting provided for athletes to perform to their full potential. - Ensuring that the sport and athletes' needs were kept at the forefront of the planning processes and being the central point of contact for the Sport Team.- Working tirelessly to ensure all sport areas and services operated effectively and efficiently throughout the training and events.
