• A newly formed role introduced to drive transformational change to centralise all divisional accounting across Australia into one shared service team in Perth and deliver standardised accounting, operations and.
• Planned, led, communicated, embedded Shared Services Accounting strategy, enabling caregiver career opportunities, driving $1.5m run rate savings and enhanced customer satisfaction. Final team compliment was 25.
• Delivered all standard BAU financial, management accounting and audit requirements at same time as the change
• Personally recruited a team of 24 suitably skilled caregivers who deliver accounting to accelerated timescales (WD3)
• Delivered business case benefits plus absorbed additional scope – sundry debt (new system), capital accounting
• Developed month end checklist and through process improvements have delivered a 35% reduction in number of activities performed with equivalent 40% time spent saved

• October 12 survey showed 92% were “extremely happy” with our service provided
